Shipping:

If your preferred country of delivery is not showing, please reach out via the chat icon or the contact page. We will advise you ASAP if we can ship to your country and also advise pricing. Easy!

There are 4 options to choose from -
Standard
Standard + Insurance
Express
Express with Insurance
Otherwise, to save on shipping, ensure you place your order with plenty of time spare so the item arrives to you before a specific date for Anniversaries,
Holidays and Celebration etc.
Your order will be shipped within 2 to 5 Business days. Once the item is posted, a tracking number will be supplied to you via email confirmation.
Shipping delivery times are dependent on the shipping company. We use Australia Post and they are a very reliable company and update their tracking statuses regularly.
The delivery ETA is out of The Ash Street Collective's control. Best way to ensure a prompt delivery is to ensure all delivery and contact information is correct upon ordering and monitor the live tracking updates via the Auspost website. 

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Post items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations after these time frames.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
